Visit to the village of Montouliers and the Wooden Lace Cathedral Montouliers is a charming Mediterranean village located on a small hill near the Minervois and Saint-Chinian This village with pebbled alleys (called Calades) is surrounded by vineyards and Garrigue, you will be delighted by the indispensable scents of the Mediterranean, (thyme, rosemary, broom…) true happiness! You will discover the Roman fountain, a source of water and freshness throughout the year, it could have been dug out by one of Julius Caesar’s legions

Visit to the Wooden Lace Cathedral. This former winery was built entirely by a carpenter using salvaged wood; this work gives the illusion of a cathedral, it is a real wonder. You will be impressed by the architecture!

Visit to the Church of Sainte Eulalie, with a construction that dates from the 12th to the 15th century. It is a Catholic church located in the Village of Cruzy. This monument was rebuilt in the Romanesque period and completely taken over and fortified during the 15th century. Visit to the Museum of Paleontological, Archaeological and Local History. Inside you will find a display of archaeological material from prospections, a collection of 17th and 18th century pottery and an impressive collection of dinosaur fossils that make the museum famous around the world. The fossil of a unique bird dating back about 70 million years was discovered there. You will see a collection of dinosaur eggs, a titanosaurus femur, coelacanth helper, fossilized turtle shells…
