Welcome to the Domaine MONASTREL in the Minervois.

Brigitte and Vincent, our vine growers and oenologists, will present the Minervois to you, to understand its terroir, its soil, its climate and its grape.

They will have prepared meticulously your equipment, so that you can experience a day in the life of a vine grower. As a real grape-picker, with your pair of secateurs, you will be guided by Vincent to harvest the grapes in the proper way.

Technical information will be given to you and you will harvest the grapes and put them in crates, put them on a trailer for winemaking.

Towards the winemaking cellar 

Work isn’t finished! Return to the coolness of the cellar. You must empty the crates in the stemmer to get rid of the stalk.
Details about the transit of the grape and its winemaking.

With the oenologist of the Domaine, you will see and understand what happens when the wine is in the wine vat

Tasting the juice of the harvested grape and/or juice in fermentation.

People of the Domaine will welcome you to a meal:

  • Dessert

Brigitte and Vincent will offer you a bottle of wine.

After a busy day, it is time to leave with happy memories.
