The well-designed public areas include a saloon with contemporary furnishings and panoramic windows where the emphasis is on making the most of the natural light. There is also a demonstration galley where guests can watch their chef preparing delicious gourmet meals. Outside, guests can relax on the large sun deck with its alfresco dining area, comfortable seating and spa pool

The four en-suite cabins, which can be in twin or double-bedded configuration, are very spacious (approx. 265sq ft including en suite), each one air-conditioned and with a beautifully appointed shower room.

Finesse is the perfect vessel on which to cruise the meandering waterways of Southern Burgundy past vineyards and charming canal-side villages, and to discover fascinating places along the way such as Autun, Beaune and Dijon.

From the moment we joined the boat and crew until our departing hugs, our experience was well beyond my expectations. The crew was fabulous with an attention to detail that blew us away. Each meal was so lovingly and expertly prepared, the napkins folded differently every day, the fresh cut flowers, the special cheeses each night, the personal attention on our off boat excursions, wow. The best part was that we felt that the crew was having a great time as well. The rapport with each other was so respectful and yet there was always teasing and fun banter and they treated us with the same level of professionalism and warmth. As active or sedentary a vacation as you would like, this was truly one of my favourite trips. I look forward to another barge trip with these folks, hopefully one day to Alsace!

The staff, service and food/ wine was out of this world. We had the most fabulous holiday with Ellie captain, Dillon the deck hand/ driver/ guide, Sofie and Si Jean as hostesses and Mike the best chef! Nothing was a problem and Burgundy was a great district to visit. We highly recommend this boat with large cabins and comfortable lounge/ dining room.
